- 1 pizza dough ball
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup country gravy or cheese sauce
- 4 large eggs + 2 tbsp milk
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 4 slices cooked bacon or sausage
- 1/4 cup bell peppers optional
- 2 tbsp green onions
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Roll out pizza dough and place on prepared sheet. Brush crust with olive oil.
Scramble eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until just set.
Assemble pizza:
Spread gravy, top with eggs, cheese, bacon, peppers, and green onions.
Bake 10–13 minutes until golden and bubbly.
