Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough ball
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup country gravy or cheese sauce
  • 4 large eggs + 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 4 slices cooked bacon or sausage
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers optional
  • 2 tbsp green onions
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Roll out pizza dough and place on prepared sheet. Brush crust with olive oil.
  • Scramble eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until just set.
  • Assemble pizza:
  • Spread gravy, top with eggs, cheese, bacon, peppers, and green onions.
  • Bake 10–13 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
